AndHealth provides whole person specialty care for dermatology, rheumatology, neurology, and infectious disease with comprehensive treatment programs for the following conditions: rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, hidradenitis suppurativa, and multiple sclerosis. We also operate specialty pharmacies to integrate comprehensive medication management into our patient care.

AndHealth treatment goes beyond symptom suppression to treat chronic conditions. In addition to traditional approaches, such as prescription medications, your AndHealth care team will complete thorough testing to determine and then treat the root causes of your symptoms through lifestyle approaches.

As an AndHealth patient, you’ll receive:

• Thorough lab testing and a personalized care plan
• Access to AndHealth specialists, clinical pharmacists, health coaches, and patient navigators to address the underlying causes of your conditions and manage your condition with the lowest cost of treatment available
• Comprehensive medication management and affordability/access support for your medication
• Convenient virtual visits and real-time messaging, plus in-person appointments when needed
• Medically tailored meal delivery and supplements, if applicable
• Sleep and stress tracking wearable, if applicable

AndHealth accepts Medicaid, Medicare and most commercial insurance plans. We work with you to find the lowest costs for your treatment according to your health plan and other assistance programs if you qualify. Learn more here about treatment cost and coverage.

AndHealth accepts many forms of government, commercial and private insurance in Ohio and Indiana. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, TRICARE, Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Humana, United Healthcare, Medical Mutual, Buckeye Health Plan, CareSource, Oscar, Ohio Health Choice, Ohio Healthy, MediGold, Devoted Health, HealthSmart, and Custom Design Benefits.

Yes! You can use your HSA/FSA to cover copays for provider visits, prescriptions, and lab work, if needed.

Yes! You’ll have access to a specialist such as a rheumatologist, dermatologist, neurologist or infectious disease provider. You’ll also have clinical pharmacist, health coach and patient navigator on your team. Learn more about our unique approach to treating autoimmune conditions.

AndHealth utilizes the skills of health coaches to collaborate with and support patients in making lifestyle changes recommended by their AndHealth provider. Health coaches become your accountability partner throughout your care. Meet your AndHealth coaches.

The AndHealth program is flexible to fit your schedule! To be successful, your results are dependent on your active participation, but a big time commitment is not required. Patients typically start to see results within a few weeks in the program and can choose to utilize AndHealth benefits for as long as necessary.

You can have visits with your care team both in-person and virtually. Virtual appointments have the option to take your appointment from home, or using technology at a health center near you. Labs and other testing will be done in-person at a facility near you.

Yes! We encourage you to continue seeing any provider that’s supporting you in your care. We’re also happy to collaborate with your existing care team on your new treatment plan.

If your provider determines that a prescription is appropriate for your care and your goals, they can write and manage it for you.

Our treatment protocol features both biologic medications and lifestyle support, designed to help you get well. Our providers will write your prescription and manage it as you progress through your treatment journey.

These partnerships help us extend the reach of specialty care to patients struggling with access, while allowing CHCs to offer our services to their existing patients.

The AndHealth approach treats an entire individual holistically, allowing your provider team to create a personalized care plan that helps you as a whole person in addition to your treated condition — rather than by body part or without considering your other health conditions, or your lifestyle.
